Megahalems vs Noctua NH U12P vs Mugen2 vs other

What cpu cooler should I get for my i5? I'm planning an OC but I don't know if my mobo and RAM will help me at 4 GHz. 3,5-3,8-4, something like that. If I will get the megahalems I will need at last 1 fan for it. No silent freak here, I can stand the noise.
Price tag - around the noctua's price ~ 60E.
My case is another problem with 190 x 449 x 508 mm . Hope the new cooler will fit in ok.

i had the megahalems for some time. it's a pimp, but you have to buy fans separately for it. 4ghz on that chip should be easy!

The corsair coolers are over 100$...

They also don't perform like the Noctua's do on load, if you can stand a D14.

got mega in p/p set up got my i3 540 4.2ghz around 65c and i have used it on my i7 860 3.8ghz at 70c

D14 is 140$ lol. I said I don't want a silent cooling system, just a good one.

Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler

Try south 50 bucks.

For the $$$, the Mugen 2 is pretty damn impressive, but it is a pain in the a$$ to install.
