Memtest86+ errors over night

    Hi guys. I received some errors in memtest86+ after running it for about 9hours. Is there a problem with my memory? Do I need to RMA it? My memory is: OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Gold GX XTC 2GB Dual Channel.
    Timings:
    2.5-3-2-5 1T

    Here are the errors I'm receiving as reported by memtest86+

    TST-6
    Pass-4
    Failing Address: 00034ce2d94 - 844.1mb
    Good- ffefffff
    Bad- ffeffdff
    Err-Bits- 0000200
    Count- 5

    Perhaps its you timings that leads to corrupted data.

    Run it at stock settings of 2,2,2,5 and 2.8v first and see if it passes at that.
