just recently caught a whiff of this - although it appears this project has been in devlopment for the last few years . . .

it truly looks intriguing - oddly, I notice a lot of similarities in the screenshots with GSC's X-Ray game engine (STALKER series), and a lot of the "features" sound similar as well . . .
hmmm, I wonder - supposedly some of the better developers left GSC sometime before Clear Sky was released, and went to work for 4A . . .
I wonder how far along this project is - I've seen a couple of sites that list a possible 2009 release, but defi to be taken with a grain of salt.
