Been playing it for over a week now and at level 15.
It still has kinks in the game when it comes to performance regardless of the machine tier.
The detail is really low res in certain areas.
Plays great with a Microsoft type controller.
I am using a Razer ONZA to pay this and it is pretty good.
Rarely have to use the keyboard.
The current planes available are rather average in performance.
Beware of the Mustang.
It's not a model which has a cockpit for some reason.

I think Microsoft Flight was released on the XBOX 360 as well which may be the deal with the low res textures in certain areas despite all being set on high.
The analogue stick may be a little too twitchy to control the plane for some in comparison to a joystick, which can make certain jobs a bit more difficult to do well in.
If anyone plans to use other types of game pad besides an XBOX 360 type, may have issues with being able to map effectively.
The price is reasonable for the Hawaii Adventure pack but the Maule DLC aircraft is over priced.
The mustang is pretty much pointless due to having no cockpit unless you choose to fly in 3rd person view.
All achievements can not be completed at this time as what is released at the moment is not capable of such achievements which is a hint of the types of aircraft to come.
There will be another DLC coming out in the near future which seems to be Alaska.
Alaska DLC will also include another aircraft like the Hawaii adventure pack.
