Microsoft rolled out the Chrome Series special edition Xbox 360 controllers. As the name suggests, these controllers have a chrome finish. The top-side has a metallic/chrome surface, in three color options: red, blue, and silver, while the D-pad has a silver chrome finish on all three variants. Slated for mid-May, these controllers are each priced at US $54.99, availability may be limited, and specific to select markets.

I wish they would bring back the big original xbox controlers, those actually fit my hands.

If they were actually chrome and not just paint, I'd be interested.

That would mean M$ wouldn't get to earn more from overpriced battery kits. Wired doesn't exist in the M$ approved Xbox world :D.

MS let the old dog die with dignity. It feel like they are trying everything to extend the life of this old console.

Why cant they make a regular black pad with that twist change d-pad?

The first one was a less offensive colour, but had those stupid grey abxy buttons that would screw me over whenever one of these stupid quick time event's happens.
