Microsoft Orders DMCA Takedown for Windows 8 Screenshots

A few days ago, NGOHQ.com published a screenshots gallery of Microsoft Windows 8 RTM. But apparently posting screenshots of Microsoft's software is considered a copyright infringement... or at least that's what Microsoft claimed recently.

I haven't see any other instance where Microsoft have claimed DMCA or copyright infringement on Win8 screenshots, so why are they singling out you? Could it be that it isn't the screenshots they are concerned with, but instead they are concerned with the fact that some of the screenshots contain copyrighted news articles?

It looks to me like microsoft is trying to preemptively avoid the fates that windows vista and windows ME had.
