I am looking for a new Asus motherboard for my system for under $250 US, i want good O.C. options in the bios, ATX Form Factor might as well be used this time to take advantage of the case.

Some things im looking for are:
-1600Mhz Front Side Bus would be nice.
-X38 or Intel X48 chipset or any of the new ones.
-capability of having 1066Mhz DDR2 Ram or faster.
-2 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (both @ x16 mode) or more.
-2 x PCIe x1 or more.
-2 x PCI or more.
-6 xSATA with RAID 0,1 or more.
-Audio i dont really give a sh*t about cause i have external ones.

Any Ideas

It's a little over your budget, but i vote the formula Rampage x48 board. nothing but good words from me, and a few around TPU will make the same claims. Great OCer too. I believe it is $289.99USD. So not much more then $250.

The P5Q is also good.

NVM...aussie land. my bad.

I can get the P5E Deluxe board for $240 AU, but the formula Rampage costs round $360 AU and it seems to have all the same I/O, FSB, Ram and chipset features, or are there some other unlocked options within it?
