Over the last couple days I got rid of IE and went with google chrome. I also updated gpu drivers 13.12 from this site. I now have Mom.implementation error, and my catalyst control center will not start. Also my .Net framework will not update to 4.5.1.
I ran an Avast scan and it is clean, CCcleaner also.

    Ideas?

AMD Catalyst Control Center requires Microsoft .NET4 Framework. Windows Vista and Windows 7 users may need to install the Microsoft .NET4 Framework as a prerequisite to use Catalyst Control Center..

So what error are you getting when you try to install .net4? Did you try windows update for .net4? Or the stand alone installer?
I also noticed 14.1 is available for download too on amd.com

Well I did a windows update. I click on the update and it says installing update but nothing happens. after about 5 minutes it asks to restart pc. I did that, the uninstalled gpu drivers using driver fusion. reinstalled new drivers and still have thhe min error. did I miss something?

I just checked and I am showing .net 4.5.1

According to MS you need to have IE installed as a prerequisite. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851

    • Prerequisites:
I would install IE10 then try again.

Yea.. I'm not a fan of IE. I just bury it and forget about it... hehe

Oh and I'm getting ready to go get supplies for the game as well! :toast: As much as I like Russell Wilson, because I'm a NC State fan. I don't think the Seahawks are going to beat Payton Manning and the Broncos. :toast: I like both teams.
    Bow says thanks.
