It seems that 11.1 WHQL doesn't support Tessellation slider at all. 11.1a however does as i've found it in its INF. Will check out the 11.1a...

I was running them (11.1a) as soon as someone put them up on here damn good driver too
I've tweaked 11.1a hotfix drivers a bit and am uploading them now. Should be available for download in around 10 minutes...

In theory. But values were set to disabled state inside the driver... I switched them to enabled just to be sure. Still no Tessellation slider even though it should be enabled...

1st you are using 11.1a right?
2nd did you enable the advanced meneu
u will find it there i didnt see it i the regular menue
check these and tell me
Interesting. Did a clean install of 11.1a yesterday and everything was there. MLAA, Tessellation settings, Texture filtering settings. On HD5850!
It seems AMD will release MLAA to HD5000 users only via hotfixes (out of the box). Because of that i have removed the modded 11.1a as there is no need for it from what i've seen yesterday.
In fact i kinda like them now. They seem to work ok, you just have to leave texture quality on "Quality" level. If you use High Quality, the performance goes skydiving.
Based on changelog, there should be no visual difference between Quality and High Quality, just in performance. Quite frankly i really can't notice any difference when using 16x AF as i usually do.
