I most definitely have to say it would be Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. TSL was nice also but nothing really compares to how individuality and unique KotOR's storyline. I have yet to find a game that bests it imo.

I would have to agree, KotOR was a VERY good game.

I've had some brilliant times of joyous teamwork and victory in TF2 that take the title. To be exact, I don't know when they happened, I just know there have been quite a few in my 300 hours. One consisted of a team of about 15 reds (7 engys, some pyros, heavy & medic pair) powerbuiling our way from our sewers to their intel room in 2Fort.

Honorable mentions would be LBP and Guitar Hero/Rock Band with 3 other actual people. There have been great times in GTA IV too, when there was an online community.

Probably at Lan parties, when the games are Open Arena and Starcraft. People yelling over giant computer towers on tables is hilarious to watch.

Kotor is my favorite game of all time. However, the most fun moment came from Halo 1 on Xbox. The end level, trying to escape the ship. The timer running down, all the action, 15FPS at some points and then FINALLY making it to the end.

Gunstar Heroes co-op on the Megadrive (Genesis), practically anything co-op like Streets of Rage or Alien Storm.

Particular highlight of my life was playing worms with a mate of mine on his chipped PS1, his grandfather used to copy PS1 games from the local video store. That video store is a Greggs bakery now :shadedshu

Recently i have probably had fun but nothing noteworthy like years ago.

EDIT: Laughing at Julius saying "playa" in Saints Row then seeing him as Captain Anderson in Mass Effect.

Get four people together, mod the config for increased difficulty, no shields allowed...we played through the whole game like that, but this was one of the best parts. My favorite was, well, I forgot what the enemies are called. The level 16-17 blue bugs that are weak to fire with a tiny exposed eye for crit damage. Go into that cave at level 10. 1 damage to anything other than the eye, you don't have fire weapons yet. Getting the first one down can take you 15 minutes:D Such a good game. Try Knoxx if you haven't yet, it's hilarious.

For me though, I'd have to go with old Guild Wars PvP. Playing a truly balanced 8v8 is just so good, and fucking around made the game ten times as enjoyable. Player and tr:cool:ll quality were the highest of any game I've played.

CoD4 has some great memories too, thanks to the guys I played with. So many no scopes, so many knives:roll:

Thanks for the thread pal, good memories.

Yea i was soooooo pissed when i heard the series was over. no KotOR 3, with the storyline ending with a huge cliffhanger with plenty of plots to fuel another sequel. such a shame.

The original Final Fantasy for home games, but my fondest memories come from pumping quarters into Double Dragon. Man, I loved that game and that arcade owner had to have loved me as well.

Oh, so true, I forgot about those classic N64 games. Perfect dark was another fun one with a group of people. Add in some Dark Sims and fly by wire missiles and it's quite the combo. Nothing quite like watching yourself get ambushed and killed through the view of your Slayer missile!
