motherboard question? dont know which to get

Im having a hard time buying a motherboard, which one is the best from the following, i used to have a syntax sv266ad with a athlon xp 2600+ but that one got physically damaged so i want to upgrade to a athlon xp 3000 and a better mobo.... which should I get? helping me choose would mean a lot, thx
