    Hey Guys!

I'm thinking of upgrading my X4 940 to one of the new Phenom II X6 1055T but don't know if my motherboard is compatible... I have a BIOSTAR TFORCE TA790GX and reviews state that this board is not AM3 compatible..

    Can some one please clarify?

    Thanks :toast:

In that case, I doubt it. It'll probably work with a BIOS update, but the chances of Biostar releasing them are probably slim. Maybe give them a call/email first to see if theres any planned updates?
