Good 400W with one PCI-E power connector would be good.
    chetan says thanks.

the next question should be how much do you want to spend?

    Corsair CX430watt $40 12v@32amps
    EVGA 500watt $45 12v@40amps
    OCZ ModXStream 600watt $69.99 12v@50amps combined

Any of those would do, however the 2nd and third one would give you more room in the future to upgrade if you wanted a better graphics card that required more juice, or eventually decided to overclock. EVGA PSU's i'm not familiar with but his has 11-5egg ratings and Legit Reviews gave it an award so I wouldn't feel wary about purchasing it.

OCZ was my first PSU, a 700watt, and it never let me down for 3+years till i got rid of my system, and Corsair is renown for great PSU's and a decent price.

Rosewill i personally was always sketchy about, but their CAPSTONE series PSU's are solid, hence why i got one. There's lots of options, just pick which one suites your fancy :)
    chetan says thanks.

also, i feel that the amount of power a PSU needs for a system is a bit overrated nowadays. My system in specs to the left will draw more power than yours due to my GTX 560 and it only needs about 333 watts according to about 3 different online calculators. i wouldn't bet money on them for exact usage of a system, but i'd say they're pretty close.

They are in the ballpark and also suggest a higher power for headroom.
