i have msi ati radeon 9550 128bit and i want to flash it to 9600 series but it doesn't have fan it only has a msi heatsink . so i tried installing a Vantec "IceBerq" fan and it started crashing and displaying all the different colors and sometime my computer would restart . i thought it was overheated but when i touch the heatsink it doesn't even hot. just a little bit warm. so i disconnect the fan and it works just fine. does anybody have any idea what's going on ?
