Call me crazy - I'm sure it appears that way to most. I actually popped for a GTX 465 today. I saw a card that struck my fancy and its not even cheap for one: MSI N465GTX Twin Frozr II GE GeForce GTX 465 (Ferm... TPU has a such a nice review on its aluminum clad sibling and there was just something compelling about a solid copper HSF. From everything I can gather it sits between a GTX 460 768MB and a GTX 460 1GB in performance and I can live with that. Its also darn cool for a Fermi and the quietest card the W1zard had reviewed in a long time (and I like quiet). Might be fun, might be heartbreaking. And yes, I know its more power hungry than a GTX 460 or HD 5850, but I can afford a few more watts while I'm gaming. At idle it won't matter much. So go ahead, rip me a new one for being such a fool. I'm still pretty excited about it and will keep you all posted on my unlocking adventure (if I get the nerve).
