ok short is i need to flash the platnum so i get th v core ajusters an so on
any way the files ar difernt size an dosent wana let me flash i know theres away around it just cant remeber im trying to use this afud408 flash thing

i did read a bunch of forums saying this platnum bios does work on the neo an they basikly show me how to do it then thay say read instructions to over rite old bios witch i cant see or arnt there [evin in the afud408 program i cant find any over rite old bios instructions]

so yeah the only reson it wont flash it size ones 1 mb the other is 512k

mins 1mb

the platnum is 512k

i got the check sum to by pass the bios model numbers but the size still says no

Wonder if this would work for the older Neo2... maybe you need to do some more searching around dude. I'll see what I can when I look for some info on my board.

I was looking to do that with the k9n neo v3 same board except with a nforce 560. Couldn't find a way to do it but I saw on forums that some people could.

yeah the platnum is sead to work on 550 to 570 not all fechures work but it works for the most part i have the specifyed platnum bios vershion 1.7

my board has the 560 chip [so my board would be the neo v3 sorry]

ill try an find a simaler bios that 1mb they sead dont use the ultra so i wont try that one

The neo v3 and v2 are incredibly similar, V2 drivers work really well on the v3. Anyway I was looking for a way to increase the vcore, Unless you know how to modify the bios I suppose you could try that.

yeah i duno how to mod bioses wish i did u gota use hex thow i think

i took a look couldent rilly find any 1mb bioses

there ar pin mods for v core now i duno about amd but iv used them on p4.s an works great tricks the cpu/mobo into thinking the vcore stock is 1.3 istead of 1.2 so the bios would give you up to 1.450 i dont need that thow

ok max cpu volts 1.350 mobo dosent alow higher

2900mh seams to be about max
