MSI P67A-GD65 Or ASUS P8Z68-V ??

    I'm confused between these boards and i don't know which one is the best for the OC

    So can you guys help me to get decide :)

    I would recommend the Asus both beacause it's a Z68 instead of P67 and so far, Asus and Gigabyte are doing the best boards IMHO.

    Check out the Sandybridge OC Feedback thread, has plenty of information which can help with your decision.

    also MSI boards seem to lose power saving features if you set the vcore manually. this means, high idle power draw. not so good imho. besides, z68 gives you quicksync, in case u need to encode a video quickly. :)
