Been working on sorting movies/tv shows/music and looking for something thats free and grabs metadata for my music files. I could do it all manually, but having something that helps would be nice. Anyone got a suggestion?

Depends on how they were ripped.

AIMP has a tag editor that will rename files based on the meta data - assuming it was captured with the file of course. It will even do all files in all subdirectories. I would have to check if this info could be exported. It would be strange if you couldn't, but I just don't know for sure.

Mp3Tag - Under "Tag Sources"--it has many options but you have to have at least some knowledge about it. It can also adapt ID3 properties from filenames. Oh, and batch edits if you want to set many songs to the same info (like artist).
