Malwarebytes and defragler are my favs. Avast Home(I'd say Antivir but that advertisement crap everytime it updates is annoying), OpenOffice, and winrar(I think it's shareware).

Winrar isn't free. But 7zip is and I personally use that 99% of the time over winrar.
Steam, 7zip, Flashget and AMD OverDrive are my favorite programs.

It's a download manager. You hit ctrl+C on a download link and it will DL it for you. I found it to give faster speeds than the built in firefox one.

for sharware programs, utorrent. And freeware i use Avira AV, yea there are advertisement pop-ups but shit i run the updater everynight bout when i'm going to bed so click out of the window doens't bug me. For defrag i use Smart Defrag as it does a really great job with defragmenting and it has an auto defrag that runs 24/7, i'll go months of installing/uninstalling software and run it to analyze and it's always .XXX-1.% fragmented files thx to the auto defrag.

The guy should just change it back to freeware. Shareware is nothing like freeware.
