If you have an error when you want to start a game like MW3, Rage, NFS The Run or Batman Arkham City resulting an error like “Can not read disk”,that’s mean your console is flag’d by Microsoft… Stay away from XBOXlive when you are using backup disc, or use xKey…

As long as Activision replaces the defective discs with good ones, there shouldn't be too much of an issue. Mistakes can be made with anything. I.E. Starcraft 2 accidentally nuking nVidia cards on release, the Xbox developer version of Dead Island being preloaded through Steam, etc.

Just an interesting tidbit. AFAIK, the Xbox360 discs were manufacturered in Mexico. The PS3 discs were manufactured in the good ol' USA(at Sony's Indiana factory AFAIK). So there's that...
