    Ok by any chance can motherboards decrese your proformance alot because i have a
    Asrock AliveSata2-Glan i im not sure if it is anygood my computer is used mostly for gaming but if it inst anygood is there a way i can buy a better won and just switch it with my one i mean the computer brand new got it for chrtistmas i built it so i was wondering.

    Firstly, please spell properly in the future. Secondly, sometimes a mobo can cause performance issues, but not often. If your not an overclocker, then it will hardly ever cause an issue.

    Yes you can replace it with another one if you don't like it.
