My Power Supply can support my system?

850W? Thats far too much than your system will ever use. A corsair HX620 or a PCP&C Quad silencer will fill the void quite nicely.

You think a 620 will do 2 X2's in crossfire and have enough overhead for overclocking. I am not too too sure of this sorry kyle.

2 seconds, going to grab a link.

*edit*

This really shocked me when I read it - have a look at what an i7 system with a 295 in it consumes power wise:

http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/coolers/display/system-wattage_8.html#sect0

Upon reading that kyle, I'm taking it as though they didn't overclock anything. Still an interesting read throughout. So a low tier 850W or a quality 700W would deal with the dual X2's and overclocking then. Makes me feel better about my 600W and a definite of an SLI GTS configuration in my rig as well.

Big thank you for posting that!!!

yeah, I doubt they will have done, but its a very interesting read nonetheless.

Id still recommend that PC Power & Cooling unit - I might get one for myself actually.

Thanks for the advice guys and nice article kyle... kinda made me realize to run 8 hdd's and two video cards is a bit unrealistic on a 600watt'r....i think ill go 900 watts just to be safe xD
