I know its old news and most may have heard about it in some shape or form but because I didn't care about Borderlands 1 much when it came out, I paid no attention to any stories related to it up until I got Borderlands 2 for free with my new 670 FTW and gave the game another shot and almost couldn't stop playing.

Looking through some youtube vids recently, I came across some really heart touching and awesome news and videos about how far Gearbox goes to keep in touch with its fanbase of gamers and dedicated customers. Major, major props Gearbox, I salute you and will play Borderlands 2 now with pride and honor.

Fallout 3 was obviously the first post apocalyptic video game ever made.

One of the bigest reasons AMD has sold so many GPUs lately is they bundled Sleeping Dogs, Hitman Absolution and Far Cry 3, while Nvidia only had Borderlands 2.

I'd take any one of those games over Borderlands 2, but all 3, no contest.

I love the Borderlands games. I'm not a Gearbox fanboy by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm getting excited about Aliens: Colonial Marines and I have (some) hope for a proper Duke Nukem FPS someday.

Haven't played Aliens: CM but this review is scathing.

Oh, god. Rogue Warrior in space.

I'll probably give a rent to see if it's really that bad, but I trust Ars on issues like this.

Oh joy, another ugly, clumsy horror game with crap AI. My interest just sank to underwhelmed.

Seems most devs these days want to skate by on what they think is adequate based on what console players are used to, and in this case, the bar appears even lower than that.
