Im not a 100% sure what TPMIN2 is, but im sure that it might be the NB possibly. correct me if im wrong but it seems awfuly high. problem is to change the TIM would take alot of work.

Its stays between 94-100'c when im not even doing anything in a game, then shoots upto a 125'c

Any advice ?

Yes thats your northbridge temps.
Is it high like that already when you boot up or does it rise up to that when you start useing your computer.

Well you have a problem then.
I would repaste it and get a extra fan pointed at it to see if that makes a difference.
Suprised it dont crash out on you at those temps.

If you think the temps are too hot, then you need to find a way to cool it. TIM won't help if there's no airflow over the heatsink. Rig a fan to it to cool it down.

Running four sticks of RAM will help shoot up the NB temps as well.

Wouldn't 5.15v mean... instant death? IIRC, this is what happened the last time somebody used that kind of voltage on memory:

Checked the bios, set to 2.1v, reset my cmos and set it back to 2.1v to make sure, but still showing 5.15 in HWmonitor so im lost on that one seeing as my bios only goes up so far ?

So im right in thinking if my NB temp where that high, it would either crash or blow the chip pretty quickly ?

Also what would be the best way to check the temps ? is there any electonic device i could buy ?

Benchmark Scores It does boot up? I think.
Running four sticks of RAM will help shoot up the NB temps as well.
Except that on AMD platforms the NB-chipset has absolutely nothing to do with RAM.
