Do DD cards have unlocked voltage?

I use Trixx and i can change the voltage, so i assume so yes, but only with relevant software.

I've slept on it and decided a new computer just isn't worth it.
My current computer is capable of doing all that I need it to do since I don't game much on it anymore.
I think this officially marks the end of my days as a PC gamer.
The games these days just aren't appealing enough to me to warrant spending a fortune on a new build..
I'll stick with my 360 and use the money for a nice big HDTV instead.
