    Hello again everyone...

Today I was planning to buy the 920 or 930 that I need but unfortunately 920 was out of stock and there's only one 930 left. It's batch # is 3001A911 but I was very hesitant on buying it because I don't know if it's a good batch or not. I've done some research but only listed a few good batches for 920 and 930. I need help from you guys regarding the good batch #s that is out today,(the new ones), since the batches that I've researched are quite old already and most of the stores here only have 1-2 stocks of i7 chips and probably is new.

Appreciate everyone for helping me with my previous question(s) :nutkick:

I haven't really seen any exceptional batches of 930's. Your best bet would to find an good, early 920 off of the forums or ebay. I think you'll be much happier going that route.

Hey there Paul - thanks for the reply..

Unfortunately I'm too far away for ebay and the forums (shipping issues) + warranty would be an issue for me if I go down that route. I've seen a 930 on another forum and it did pretty well. It's batch # is 3001A187 but this batch is too old for the 930s I guess.

I have to agree with PaulieG, he's burnt through every batch of i7's since day 1.

When the D0(920) revisions came out everyone thought they were the shiznits, but some turned out to be crappier than the C0(original release of 920).

I havent heard much from the 930's in terms of being awesome ball busting overclockers, perhaps because most of the heavy overclockers all have 980X's and Xeon's.
