Need advice on this FM2

    You might want an A75 board, has native USB3 support and DVI port. A55 is limited to VGA. If that doesn't matter then that ECS board is fine IMO.

    If you intent to upgrade later to Steamroller you might want to go for an A85 board and get the full package. A85 is geared towards overclocking.

    I have nothing that could be used as USB3. Even now the USB3 devices are pretty rare outside the external hdd and the usb sticks. The most demanding thing I have is Lifecam 720P but it's limited by internet bandwith. So I might go with the highest cpu available then later on find a god deal on a used mobo.

    What about the DVI port? Does your monitor have VGA input? A55 is limited to VGA.

    I think it's useless to get a setup that powerful and keep the analogic VGA :p
