need ATI voltage control program

hello guys, i have 4870 so i need an program can change GPU voltage, im try MSI afterberner and unlock voltage control and restart it but same thing can't change the voltage, is here is an program can modify voltages, just under widows program like msi not a bios editor

I don't believe that you8r card has a Volterra voltage regulator on it. Only cards with programmable voltage regulators can use software to changes voltage. Your only method of changing volts may be through the BIOS.

The reference 4870's had Volterra voltage regulators so there is a chance that OP's card will work with some older voltage tweak programs. Give these two links a try as they worked well for me a couple years back, I prefer the first link the most but take a look around.

Wonder if 'AMD GPU Tool' would work on that. As it was the only thing that worked on 4650 and 5770.

GPU Tool should work. I used to use it for just the voltage changes and then use CCC for changing the speed as that way avoided the flicker issue from the memory.
