I have modded my powercolour reference 290x with arctic accelero 3, the temps is quite good, i am happy with it, since the arctic accelero 3 is similar to gigabyte windforce and sapphire tri-x, i plan to flash the gigabyte windforce or sapphire tri-x into my card, i have zero knowledge this flashing, vdc voltage control etc, help will be much appreciated, i have posted overclockers website but seem like i am a ghost nobody bother to reply me. thanks for reading

i have zero knowledge this flashing

This is why most don't want to help, as anyone willing to help out in any degree is going to have to walk you through a lot of things. We all started somewhere of course, but as OneMoar states, gains are nothing to risk the flash for. If you want to overclock the card to gain a bit more performance, there are various applications around for that and much less risk of making a paper weight out of your graphics card.

Don't be sorry. We are trying to save you from potential issues is all.

With flashing a GPU bios, you have to think of it like this... If it isn't having an issue, it really isn't worth flashing for the average user.
Read up on overclocking and overclocking utilities, and see what your card has for you in that respect.

it can gain you overclocking headroom as some vgabios will have different settings on things which make higher frequency more stable while others are more geared for being fastest at the slower speeds.

others can have higher voltage and power limits which again can gain you oc headroom.

i can point you at some guides to do it if you really want to, but it is at your own risk as while i will feel bad for you if you do bork your card it is still your fault for doing it :D

afaik gigabyte voltage limit their amd cards so dont bother with them. you want the asus 290x bios, it has higher limits ;)

Hi

First things first Make a backup of the original vga cards Vbios image

*How to make an image of current Vbios*
download and run GPU-Z here
GPU-Z backup vbios image.jpg
Select: bios chip icon
Select: save to file [VbiosName.rom]

TBH: as others have mentioned use MSI afterburner, Sapphire Trixx or Other software's to overclock the vga card
