What do you guys recommend for a motherboard that 100~ or less? it doesnt matter the chipset or brand.

Specs of whats going into it
    Dual-core celeron 1.6Ghz
    8600GTS 256mb PCI-E
    8GB of Geil-black dragon 800mhz ram (possibly)
    Antec 430w
    2, SATA DVD-ROM drives
    1, 500GB SATA HDD

Overclocking is one of the main features i want as well, to OC the DC celeron

Ah i would also like it to me mATX if possible but not too much of a biggie.

I was looking at those same boards :p still looking for either further recommendations or more people saying the P5Q SE is the board to go with.

I would go with the Asus P5Q PRO but the blood iron is a great board, also.

Blood Iron is the best option IMHO, unless the bios scares you!
