need screen cap help

Is there a software to capture a screen cap(flash based webpages) that auto saves/names with a single hotkey/print screen key ?

Or maybe a firefox plugin?

MSI afterburner is free, and Will screen Cap Flash. Maybe THAT is better? IT is By default set to F-9 I THINK for screen cap.

P.S. IF You run into a Flash player or the like that You CANNOT get a capture software to work with, Using OBS streaming software in "preview Mode" is a VERY good way to capture with almost any medium. I just use Afterburner, or Dxtory in combination with it, and it is very successful. Just in case You run into a difficult flash issue, which I have in the past, and Needed a work around, So I figured it was worth mentioning it.
