    HP has improved a lot in recent years. I'd pick them over a lot of other brands.

    As for the system, for the uses you described and given the price, it's a good system to use. The only thing I would worry about is the amount of RAM. It comes with Windows Media Center, I'd say 1GB+ of RAM would be a comfortable level.

    Edit: did you change the link by chance? or perhaps I'm just going crazy. Anyways, I wouldn't call this a hot deal but fair for the price.

    Yea but it was a wrong link to a emachine that I was looking at.

    So just install a gig of ram and I'm good to go?
