Okay.. so my current PC looks like : http://screenshot.sh/oB563msgoPHpY (Yes i know its not the best)
Its still doing pretty well on games like CSGO , LOL, WOW, Diablo3 but i want to make a step and go try a bit newer games such as COD BO2 (Yes i know that bo3 already came out)
I want to run COD BO2 at decent fps like 60fps +

I know that many of you will tell me to buy a new PC such as http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/new-computers-compatibility-stability-check.218673/ but i decided.. since i dont play games that require insane PCs and i'm not gonna waste all my money on a PC.

So i've decided to upgrade.. what do you recommend me to upgrade according the first screenshot from Speccy that I put at the start ?

You could bump the CPU and GPU as long as your PSU allows for it. Go with 2nd-hand parts for more power/price so maybe.. A used 3570k and a GTX660 or higher? What's your PSU model?

EDIT: Oh you're running at a horridly low resolution. Can you overclock the CPU?

you "need":

- used i5 3470 or something similar from eBay (80-150€ in germany)
- probably a decent new PSU like the M12II-520 from Seasonic for ~60-70€
- an acceptable 24" FullHD TFT - used for around 100€
- 200€ for a new GTX 960 4GB or R9 380 4GB , if possible a 380X for ~240€

As I don't know where you come from so I worked with german pricing. Make sure the new GPU fits into your old case.

And reusing an old cheap PSU for new "expensive" hardware would be dumbest thing you can possibly do. Please tell us what exactly you are using atm.

Just playing something newer will not do any good for suggestions.
First of all lets get to details. Post your full pc config in your specs and give us some examples of games you want to try.
For COD, BO2 and AW, you will need a good I5 and at least a R9 380 or a 960 GTX.
Check my config as an example. I play even newest titles at good fps and textures.
Even my old I5 gets the job done.
Get a better PSU as s first step (600W or more, 80+ bronze or silver).
An I5 will do you good, and i doesnt have to be the best I5 you can get.
GPU is a must, get as much horse power as you can on this part.
Consider an SSD if you dont have one.
Consider a better CPU cooler as well for the I5 to keep it nice and cool (Deep Cool Gammaxx 400 or CM Hyper Evo 212+).

People should really stop with this PSU madness - a quality 500-550W PSU handles every single GPU/Intel mainstream CPU including both oced without problem. Beside wasting money he gets nothing out of a 600+W PSU

Your PSU is not wasted at all.
I would rather have 200w free than 50w free power. That is why my Hantol is still working and in good shape.
PSUs perform better when they dont deliver near their potencial. And last longer as well.
For the most important part in the whole PC, i would not hesitate to get even a 1000w if i can get it cheap as long as it can realy deliver 1000w of power.
CM, Evga, Antec are all good quality PSUs and getting a few extra watts wont hurt your PC in any way. But if you get a PSU at the very limit, it can cause issues, not right now, but maybe a few years later.
That is like having a car and driving it almost always on high RPM, it will break faster than a faster car that can deliver than same performance at lower RPM, it will last very much longer.
That is just a word of percussion.

My PSU came from a bitcoin mining rig that used 110% of rated power and is still powering. OP can get a QUALITY 500w PSU and be fine with even a i7/970 rig. Stop pushing people to waste money.

I tell you a little secret:

a System GTX960 + 4 core Intel CPU at gaming are drawing around ~200-230W.

290X + i7 4770K both Oced? Maybe 400W while gaming

edit:

And CM, Antec and EVGA don't produce the PSUs anyway, the just put their stickers on it.

4790k + 780 SLI =550w in a game with an SLI profile. I can see my meter measuring UNDER 600w including my AM1 rig and 5 monitors. OCCT+Heaven = 770w out of the wall.

Oh and I can get pics.

Sorry filip I wouldn't touch that brand PSU over my real power 550w Gold EVGA PSU mate, there's an old saying you can't polish a turd ;) lol...

Has the OP said what PSU he has? agreed on buying an i5 and a R9 380/GTX 960+ he already has an SSD OS drive as I would have recommended one of those as well.

What country are you from anyway?
What is your current power supply (if you dont know you can take a picture)
The fact that you have a 1155 motherboard is a pretty good thing at least it leaves you with some good options. (buying the 3570K would be a bit of a waste since your board cant overclock it anyway)
For the Gpu the GTX 960 superclocked seems to be a solid choice.
As for the Cpu look for a used 1155 socket CPU maybe something like the i5 3470

A GTX 960 is not a too hot card so it can get away with only 1 fan, but I personally prefer to have 2 fans. Either way the card wont overheat, it's not build like that.
Here are some suggestions (for how much did you find the superclocked edition)

even highest quality psu's are only suppose to be loaded at 90%
basic pc building.. dont overload your psu or you might take out your whole pc when it goes and never listen to the person that thinks a overkill psu really is overkill.

I agree with @xfia on the psu thing. There is no such thing as an overkill psu. You can get a high or low power psus. Both will work on your pc, and both will deliver power if properly calculated when buying a low power. But my point of view is that it doesnt hurt to have a psu that can deliver more power. It can hurt when the psu can deliver on the edge.
We need those psu stats and model to figure out if you need to change it or not.
I stand by the other things i said earlyer in the post.

So i've decided to upgrade.. what do you recommend me to upgrade according the first screenshot from Speccy that I put at the start ?

All you need is a better video card for your modest needs. A GTX 750 Ti or 950 would give you a huge gaming boost over a GT 640. Save your money for a better system down the road when you really need it.

I decided to buy MSI GeForce GTX960 2GB OC (GTX 960 2GD5T OC) but i would save some money if i would go with a GTX950 .. for the CPU(Depends on which cpu you will tell me to buy)

I dont know if i should buy
Better CPU than GPU
or
Better GPU than CPU

About PSU ...
One thing that i know is that its probably old as f*ck

And it's a 500W PSU at best (12V x 20A x2 = 480W) - judging by numbers on the sticker. That's (600 vs 500) usually a clear indication of electronic junk.
