Need upgrade advice

    hey guys iv hit a wall my system is already in my specs and alot fo you may already know it but i want to upgrade..unfortunetely i dont know what to upgrade anymore ..i mean inpo its well balanced but i got the itch and i need more i have a couple ideas...you can play off of those or add other suggestions..those are completely welcome btw i want intel and sli..and no nehalem please i only want to work with already available parts

    things i need 1kw+ PSU


    things im planning on

    790i mobo

    another 4GB mushkin kit

    quad?

    All sata HDD's (3ide and 1 ide dvd drive makes 2 ide ports occupied..anything over the 650i only has 1)

    better sound card? (my 24bit is doing its job but the zonar's or the barracuda look good)

    im just stuck ideas?

    Definately check out the Corsair HX1000W for the PSU.

    Sound card: The xonars or the Auzentech X-Fi Prelude.

    quad , if need quad not extreme q9450 is best one but it is expensive so q6600 g0 good chose

    why upgrade, you'll have just about enough stuff to build a new system as it sits. You got a q6600 otw, your getting the 790 board, more ram, new PSU. Hell man, just add a case and video card to that list and build a new system.

    Bigger monitor ?. other wise why bother and just save it so you be really ready for a even bigger upgrade ?.

    ya a bigger monitor is a good idea

    well im not going to be getting a new video card because my 9800's are good enough though i understand were your coming rom its basdically going to be a new system im not going to build a new one..no new cases or cards etc just parts that will go in my case already
