NETGEAR 311 RangerMax Next problem with ASUS AI SLOT !!!

seems like the asus slot detector is always red when plugging this card, got any solution to this? and does it damage the motherboard ?

All right, what my thought process is, is that its nothing wrong.. most new boards, lan port lights up... Mine lit right now and there is nothing wrong with it what so ever...
But, let me know what type of ASUS board you have and I'll go on a hunt to see if the Lan port lights up whenever the lan port is in use...

not the led's of the network card but the led next to the pci slot that the card is attached to, asus calls it ai slot detector that (as they say) detects an incorrect hardware plugging

i think the problem came from this type of pci type
