Alright, so I should let steam know this, but for some reason netstat.exe decides to start when playing steam games. Alright, so it starts, but what is the problem? It takes 50% of the cpu load when running. Meaning that I lose oh, say 85% of the frames per second that I should have. Oh so why dont I use ctrl+alt+del to shut it down? (end process) Because it tells me that the operation could not be completed. or something. But it also is set to high priority. Techpowerup, please tell me how to shut it down. Or disable it.
