hi, welcome to TPU, im from India too, kolkata actually.
what you should do is remove all the video drivers and run CCleaner and then install only the 9500GT's drivers.

The card is fake as $h!T! None of the cards i looked up have those default clocks/memory badwidth. Its some old card with a modded bios with a similar design and nvidia sticker. You should definitely send it back and get a refund and ask the shop owner or the seller to pay extra for shipping the card back to him.

EDIT : Or just keep it as i'm sure you'll be wasting more money than the retail price of that card by sending it back. Just ask your uncle to buy from a trust worthy shop the next time. You should check out the Buy/Sell section. There are so many great sellers there. You'll be able to find a good deal there.
