Can anyone tell me if the new socket 771 Xeons will be good overclockers?? They would be perfect if they were, they have ht enabled.

Xeon 5000 Sequence 50X0 series (Dempsey core) are NetBurst based... however the 51X0 series (Woodcrest core) are Conroe based and use a 1066/1333 FSB. Xeons are usally very good overclockers, but the boards are also very expensive.
