Ok guys/gals my little bro wants a new pc and I was thinking since he has no desk space I should make a mATX pc, Also I would like it to be energy efficient and pretty much silent and kinda cheap, maybe passively cooled. Can you recommend cases, psu's cpu's etc. He uses it mostly for music, watching films (not HD) and the like, also for Instant messaging and browsing pron:shadedshu probably  Which I suppose I would like advice on how to prevent him getting virus' and whatnot. Cheers :)

Remember to get a good Anti virus software if he looks at ''stuff''(i use Avast for my ''stuff''). And from what he does he doesn't need to have a high end machine like for gaming. Maybe a Amd Athlon X2 4800 or something around that area. And for video card, if he watches movies on it then the 8600's are good for that(they have a feature 8800's dont for TV viewing). And throw in 2GB of RAM and he should be good.
    DrPepper says thanks.

I could reuse some things I have the important things I need are the cpu the mobo and the case because I have psu's everywhere and I'm getting 2 500gb's so I'l relegate my 160 to that pc.
