Ugh. We really don't need more browsers. Sucks enough to code for IE and Opera aside from Firefox. If it's a lot faster, great, but is it as versatile as Firefox with add-ons?
Opera and Safari are standards based, more so than both Firefox and IE (especially IE).
Safari and Opera 9 are the only browsers to have passed the Acid2 test (last I heard), so if you make webpages simple and standards based, you'll ensure compatibility with those two, but also, you should be helping to convince Mozilla and Microsoft to finally just suck it up and stop using proprietary crap in their browsers (no matter how useful it is).
Yeah, a little biased, I'm an Opera 9 user
But anyhu, this is cool, I always like comparing browsers. As above, the standards each one is able to comply to varies so much between all of the browsers.
Plus, I've always kinda wanted Safari for Windows, don't ask me why, I just have, don't even know the real reason behind it.
Anyhu, thanks for telling us!
