Finally got a new soundcard ordered. Turtle beach Montego. 7.1 SPDIF in and out able to pass everythign over SPDIF, Creative products will not do so.

Mic in, and that is the main reason, I have a wedding on Sat that I am proving the sound for.

i here asus i think it was is making a new soundcard that suposedly is really good. i like turtle beach stuff too. i use creative stuff in budget builds but its not high end equipment. the best sounding sound card i ever put in a computer was m-audio, but pricey it was.

Big difference in sound quality. I have a 32bit 96K 5.1 downmix that sounds better. Plus no more dropping low frequencies.
