how do i connect a wii to a LED TV that only has HDMI and Component in?
Most TVs will have a aerial, scart and composite outputs which the wii supports.
Failing that you can find a HDMI to composite converter module in an electronic shop.
get a HDMi Splitter box like one of these Avoid the cable splitters though as there are a lot of reports that they dont work
You did not get a Wii component cable?
You need one:intec Component Cable
EDIT: Setting your Wii for 480p
Do you have a 24 hour Walmart, they carry them: Walmart Search
Now, if you are feeling bold and can solder, here, make your own:
Nintendo Wii combo Component/Composite Cable
Making Practical Wii Component Cables
Make a Wii component cable
Make your own Wii component cables; play homebrew
Separate names with a comma.
