Have you tried playing the game with your system at stock settings?
NFSMW was the only game which would minimze to windows if I OC'd my system over 2.7Ghz

Makes you a liltte mad having your bros older rig play a late game without BSOD no?

    Lol

My brother has a better newer rig than me but some of the games play better on my system.

    prolly something with your OC.

    what are your temps like?

run your system @ stock as suggested or spend some more time tweekin your OC to get it stable
