First off, does anyone know what happened to MVKTech.net? If they're gone is someone else updating the NiBiTor utility as need-be?

I have a strange problem with the Quadro K5000 card. The system must run at temperatures below 0C but the K5000 card does not allow the system to boot below 0C. Most likely the VBIOS is not recognizing negative measurements properly. Has anyone else had succes running NVIDIA Quadro cards at low temperature?

In theory, you could just edit the BIOS and potentially fix the temperature range.

Else, more gritty way is to offset the temperature reading by a hardware modification. :)

Most temperature sensors are based on resistance so if you change the resistance between the sensor and the chip reading it, you alter the reading.

Should not be hard to find where the chip is as they are fairly standard ones being used...
