Hey guys, just saw that you can download some free games threw Steam.

For those with ATi you can download:
Half Life 2: Lost Coast (tech demo)
    Half Life 2: Deathmatch

For those with Nvidia you can download:
Half Life 2: Lost Coast (tech demo)
    Half Life 2: Deathmatch
Portal: First Slice (10 level demo)
    Peggle Extreme

    Nvidia URL
    http://www.steampowered.com/nvidia/
    ATi URL
    http://www.steampowered.com/ati_offer1a/

I found it posted on this website (great website by the way)

Sorry if this has already been posted before.

So what happens across different computers? My old laptop has an Nvidia card and my desktop has an ATi, So will my account install them all and only run them on said platform? I already have all of Valves games so I can't download them to find out. I was just curious.

it work fine, just log onto steam on your laptop with nvidia card and it verify it and it say you have purchased blah blah and it be on your game list for download and it stay there forever in your account.
I did that for my friend,he has laptop with nvidia also and there was HL2 deathmatch which he wanted but it was for ATI..so i "logged" onto his account and just click accept gift and he has HL2 deathmatch on his account now.
    Simple.
    Conflict0s and GSG-9 say thanks.
