Noctua NH-D14 question

I'm thinking of buying the D14, but before I do there's just one question.

Will it fit on this motherboard with these RAM sticks?

I ask because the D14 is a big cooler, and I'm not sure how big the RAM is (I can't actually see these things irl, so I'm forced to ask people here)
