Since this card does not use the reference parts, do you think the voltage regulator may be able to flash to higher than stock voltage?

Anyone know anything about these black PCB XFX 4850 1gb PCIE cards?

I've checked out bioses from other vendors and none of them go as far as mine, which is 1.4v. I'm talking about in RBE of course.
