Nvidia High definition Audio stops working after wakeing from sleep

I recently Installed a GTX970. Upon waking from sleep mode, the Nvidia High Definition Audio Device powering my LCD TV splits into 2 devices [essentially the E552VL-8 device becomes- E552VL-4 and E552VL-8] and neither one works. I lose all audio on that device until I reset. Has anyone encountered this issue?

This only effects the Nvidia High Definition Audio Device that is connected via an HDMI cord and the issue has only started after the installation of the new Video Card.
