I dont know if this has been asked and I apologize in advance if it has, but is there any plans to re-release the NZXT Phantom cases with USB3.0 support? If so, is there a set date for release?

Also, Im in the market for 6x120mm orange LED and 1x200mm orange LED case fan for my computer and noticed that the NZXT Phantom Newegg exclusive case has orange LED case fans. Is there anyway to purchase those fans in the aforementioned fan size straight from you guys?

    Thanks! :toast:

Meant to say this before, straight answers are nice, even when they're not what you want.

We haven't updated the product descriptions yet, but they should now be USB3. ;)

The fans will initially come in 140 and 200mm. Should be within 2-3 weeks.

Why are the NZXT 8pin PCIe Premium Cable (450mm) Sleeved Extensions missing from the NZXT Store? Seems like these extensions are pretty hard to find.

Speaking of sleeved extension cables, do any come with the phantom case? Im mainly more concerned with the 8 pin CPU extension cable.

I was wondering when the Sentry Mix fan controller was going to be available for sale. It was reviewed a few months ago and would fit my build perfectly, so been waiting for it.

    Thanks.

I will tell you what. I bought the 750 Hale just because it was in white and matched my case. That was a good move for you guys.

Haha no need to be sorry, I just thought that was an awesome case. I still love my (original) Tempest and im trying to find a way to stuff a 360 radiator in it without destroying its "un-modded usability"

    Hey NZXT

I just wanted to first start off by saying I got my Lexa S for christmas, and I absolutely adore the case. Sleek, powerful, good cable management, etc.

However, the 140mm fan mounted on top of the case that it came with wobbles. Slowly, over the past couple weeks, it has started to wobble more. I don't want to have to replace it, so is there anything that I could do to fix it? And if not, what can I do in the way for getting a replacement?

Thanks so much, NZXT customer for life.

Why is it that when I look at NZXT's online store, the NZXT T410E-001 Tempest 410 Elite ATX Mid Tower Case is not listed but the T410-001 is. The T410E-001 is the side panel one.

Hey Retell, i would just like to say I love your cases! I have 3 myself, and ALWAYS use them in builds for friends. I bought another M59 case a couple weeks ago, the rear 120mm fan causes the case buzz like mad, even with the fan controller it is still doing this! I have changed the screws it is still doing this
    What should i do!

RESOLVED - Had to call NZXT to get problem corrected, no response to my emails. The customer service I received exceeded my expectations! Kudos to NXZT!

Hey all, sorry for lack of response last few days. I came home from CES with a nasty cold and will be out until Monday.
