Is OCCT incompatible with Windows 8.1?
Within a matter of a few minutes, OCCT's GPU:3D test (using these settings: DirectX11, FullScreen, Error Check, Shader Complexity 7, FPS Limit 0) says there are tens of thousands of errors on my stock Sapphire R9 280X Toxic. Although, I can play Battlefield 4 and Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag on the highest settings for hours without any perceivable artifacts. I've found OCCT's GPU:3D test to be reliable in the past with various Radeon 7950s, but I was using Windows 7 or 8 back then. I'm wondering if I should return my card...
